DAY NINE: Business Success Strategy
One of the greatest challenges for a healer is “how do I move from my 9 to 5 job to devoting my life to sharing my gift?”
I soon realized that being a heart-centered individual often results in having no clue as to how to build a profitable healing business. Regularly getting clients can be tough and it requires a whole different set of skills that many of us don’t want to deal with, so I saw many healers end up burnt out, overworked, and underpaid. I couldn’t stand it any longer and in 2019 I decided to incorporate Business Success for Healers training as a full track in my 1 Yr Healer Apprenticeship.
So what are the options? Here are three easy steps to make it happen:
- REPHRAME: First, it is important to understand that business and finances have spiritual aspects to them too and there is incredible growth that comes from exploring these matters which you wouldn’t be able to access otherwise.
- PLAN FOR SUCCESS: Know your numbers (what you financially need to be sustainable) and based on those create a success strategy with the help of a mentor.
- FOLLOW IT WITH ALL YOUR HEART: Once the strategy is ready, you don’t want your gifts to be the best kept secret, so share about them from the heart! Forget about hard selling skills and instead, focus on soulful sharing the life-changing experience you can provide for others!
