Q: What is a Oneness Energy Healer?

A: We are in the process of returning back to our full interconnectedness, in perfect harmony with one another and with Mother Earth.  Many of us will look for guidance and healing during this process and this training will give you the necessary tools to assist both yourself as well as those who are searching for betterment.

Q: What if I have already taken some of the Reiki Wellbeing classes?

A: This program adapts to you, so if you already have Energy Healing training at Reiki Wellbeing (such as REIKI Level I) it will be accounted for and discounted from the tuition.

Q: What if I am already a Reiki Practitioner?

A: This Apprenticeship is a process of profound transformation with a minimum of required hours working together, being REIKI Level I and II Certification classes an important foundation for the rest of the training where Victoria explains very important concepts and energetically shares powerful REIKI lineages with each student. All classes at Reiki Wellbeing are given in great depth and detail and are unique in their own right including comprehensive manuals and charts.  Furthermore, taking classes, regardless of prior training or experience, is essential to develop a strong relationship between Mentor and Apprentice.  As such, and in the spirit of maintaining the highest quality of instruction, apprentices are required to complete the entire course curriculum to receive the Oneness Energy Healer certification.

Q: What are the cancellation and refund policy?

A: A great deal of staff time and expense is invested in the preparation and organization of individual classes. It is difficult and oftentimes impossible to recover costs and/or find a student to replace a canceled registrant and so our cancellation and refund policies reflect this. Programs taking place over the course of 30 days or more, such as the 1 Yr Oneness Energy Healer Apprenticeship program, must be cancelled with a minimum 14 day notice of the program start date or within 24 hours of registration to receive a transfer (minus a $30 transfer fee) or a full refund minus a $100 non-refundable deposit.

Full program cancellations made with less than 14 days notice of the program start date, forfeit a refund or transfer. Full program cancellations made once the program has started, forfeit a refund or transfer. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do happen. As such, we offer the courtesy of individual classes to be rescheduled a maximum of one time to a different class within 12 months of the originally scheduled class minus a $15 admin fee.

Q: If I am paying the tuition in installments, when is each payment due?

A: Each payment is due before the first class of the month.

Q: What if I cannot attend some of the class dates?

A: You have 20 months to complete the curriculum.

Q: Can I retake some of the classes included in the curriculum?

A: Yes, space permitting, apprentices may retake any class in the curriculum at half the full tuition fee.

Q: I noticed that classes sell out quickly, what if a class is full?

A: Apprentices are always given priority when booking classes as they are the core of this Healing school.

Q: Can anyone become a Oneness Energy Healer?

A: Anyone may apply for the Oneness Energy Healer apprenticeship program, and all people have the potential to practice healing, however, the dedication needed for the Oneness Energy Healer program requires a deep-seated calling towards service to others over a framework of respect and integrity.  Additionally, the nature of an Apprenticeship requires a special connection and intimate working relationships with a mentor and fellow apprentices.  As such, if the synergy and co-creative forces between all individuals involved are not present, the embodiment of the training becomes impossible.  In short, not everyone can become a Oneness Energy Healer and the application process is designed to ensure a good fit and the highest potential for success.

Q: Can I get a discount if I take the course with my friend or significant other?

A: Yes.  We have referral rewards and for this course, you will receive a $200 discount toward the second registration.

Q: What if I cannot complete the program and need to cancel half way in?

A: Cancellations made anytime after starting the program forfeit any refund, however, we offer the courtesy of transferring your unused tuition to a different class within six months of the cancellation date minus a $15 administrative fee.  Unused tuition is calculated by subtracting the full, regular price of individual classes/workshops from the full program tuition.  Any individual class or workshop that has been started, regardless of completion, will be counted towards the used portion of tuition fees.
